Why use a placement agency?

We believe the outcome is a win-win situation. To seniors we offer information, hands on assistance and support to make an informed decision. To care providers, we provide appropriate referrals and help with the overall process with the goal of facilitating a successful transition. Furthermore, since we continue to follow up with our clients and their families after placement, we are able to provide the facilities with first hand and genuine feed back about their services. The facilities also know that they will continue to receive referrals from us as long as they maintain a solid compliance record with State Licensing and receive positive feedback from our clients.

Who pays for these services?

Our placement services are free to the consumer since we are primarily supported by our network members and care providers. We also offer complimentary services that are free to both seniors and the care providers. These services include: information, consultations, workshops and referrals to variety of senior services.

Why Senior Care Connection?

Any referral agency can provide information about facility locations, rates, admission criteria, openings etc. For larger referral agencies, it is a common practice to provide clients with a list of care facilities and services available in their area. They then fax, e-mail or telephone prospective resident information to those facilities. In most cases this may be the extent of their service.

Some referral agencies may even be located out of state but maintain a database of care providers in various areas. While this may be a good starting point, often times a hands on, personalized and complete service can make a major difference.
