I would like to compliment Ivy Marcos on the great job she did of referring me to appropriate facilities for my mother-in-law.  I filled out a form about our needs, and she called me the next day.  She talked to me for a long time about just exactly what we wanted for my husband's mother.  She asked me good questions that helped pinpoint our wishes.  As a result of her research, we will be moving Mom into one of the places Ivy recommended.

Mom is very happy now and we have started to settle down after our major move to San Jose.  You are probably most responsible for finally getting some final marriage plans (Dec 2nd).

She has been terrified of conventional nursing homes based on her experience with my Father and Grandfather.  After visiting the facilities you recommended, we actually found several that were more than suitable, making it difficult to select one.

She is now staying at as fine a home as we could ever imagine.  She is treated as family and is truly cared for.  All her needs are met and her Doctor is amazed at how well she is doing.

I consider myself blessed to have found Mina Nikon and her Senior Care Connection website.  I was in desperate need of housing for my 81 year old mom who was coming out of rehab after a serious fall.  My mom's fall resulted in a rapid decline in both her mental and physical condition and I was looking for a place that would treat her with compassion and dignity.  Mina was able to locate a wonderful Board and Care facility for my mom where she lived happily until her passing. 

My mom's illness resulted in numerous complications and I recall spending hours on the phone asking for Mina's help and advice.  She was always available to assist my family in overcoming obstacles.  Because of Mina, I know my mom's last few days at the home we chose for her were the best.  She was happy and loved.
