It has been six years since Mina  founded Senior Care Connection. Her passion for serving seniors, understanding of their needs and challenges, along with the joy she experienced in working with this group, gave birth to Senior Care Connection.

Mina‘s experience has spanned over 25 years in healthcare and human services. She has served seniors with geriatric care management services, residential treatment programs, rehabilitation programs, supported housing and in the last decade she has focused on providing top quality care as Administrator in a variety of settings ranging from independent and assisted living to Alzheimer’s care communities. Mina's vision for Senior Care Connection is to assist seniors in need of care or housing in finding the “best fit” services. Helping seniors in finding and adjusting to their new homes or supporting them to stay home safely is her goal. The SCC team consisting of RN Senior Care Advocates, Care Mangers and  Senior Care Consultants applies a Geriatrics Care Management approach to Senior Placement Services, supporting seniors prior, throughout and after transition via Senior Advocate Program. SCC also provides a full range of consultation, training  and support services to small licensed senior care facilities (RCFE) in the areas of operation, activities and  community relations. This service is offered by SCC Assisted Living University. SCC team believes that  caring, pleasant  and well managed small care facilities are great alternatives for many seniors looking for a home like environment. Mina on a regular basis is available to care providers, seniors and their families for consultation.

Her pleasant personality along with her genuine care for seniors makes her a great help for the Senior Care Connection team as well as our network members and senior clients.

With a B.S. Degree  in Human  Development, 15 years of experience as an Independent Consultant and her earlier work as a Nursing Assistant, Theresa brings a unique blend of experience to our industry. Theresa applies her experience in working with businesses and people in transition along with her training, counseling and coaching skills to her work with  RCFE members.

Nancy has 15 years of career experience in Life Care, Continuing Care, and Assisted Living Communities, including roles as Executive Director and Director of Regional Operations. Coupled with the knowledge gained over these years is a passion for working to improve the quality of life for seniors.

Paul Radow, MSW, RCFE

Paul Radow, MSW, has nearly 30 years experience in finding solutions for the problems and needs of senior citizens. He is a graduate of Arizona State University for both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. He has managed nursing care facilities, retirement housing  and assisted living facilities, acted as the Social Worker, Marketer, and Counselor for the population he serves. He has served on Community based committees and organizations, including the Pima Council on Aging, Governor's Committee for a Quality Rating System. Holocaust Committee and past Treasurer of Arizona Association of Homes and Housing for Aging.
 

Sam has a well rounded experience in caring for the elderly as well as adults and seniors with developmental disabilities. He is a certified RCFE and ARF Administrator and has worked with several facilities as a consultant.  With a BS degree in Architecture, knowledge and skill in home inspection, Sam joins the SCC Team as a Facility Evaluator/Safety Specialist. Sam will provide the RCFE members of SCC network with safety recommendations and a complete safety inspection report per their request. Sam's Emergency Preparedness  Manual for Residential Care Facilities will be ready to order by end of this year.
