Quick Turn Around Program
Imagine combining the professionalism and expertise

price of one referral fee, you can help your facility take the
place it deserves in a very competitive market. Put the SCC team
of experts to work for you today!
This program takes a proactive approach and is designed
to provide support and tools necessary to make your facility
safe, successful and profitable in a fairly short period of time.
Through our planned, intensive and customized consulting,
training and marketing activities offered by SCC
Assisted Living
University, we work together with you (the Licensee) and
your staff to to promote your facility effectively. As the administrator of your facility you will have an
active role in this process; after all you are the captain of
your ship! At the end of the three months turn around time, you
will be able to sail away with confidence while SCC team will
be available minutes away to offer continued support!
The candidates for this program are either new facilities that
require extra support and training, or existing facilities that
have been dealing with many challenges facing small RCFE’s in
California. This program is exclusively available to our network
members in select locations. During this program,
SCC will waive referral fees for the placement of new
clients in your facility!
How does this program work?

Upon your request, an SCC Consultant
will be assigned to your Facility.

The SCC Consultant will conduct a complete walk through of
your Facility.

A written report will be generated, identifying the areas in
need of improvement: curbside appeal, décor and furniture,
safety issues, landscaping, activity calendar, brochures,
marketing materials, menu, pricing, phone system, etc.

The SCC Consultant will submit a plan of action
to the Administrator which includes practical solutions, methods, cost effective
resources, etc. to increase census, enhance name recognition
and improve quality of service.

The consultant will visit the Facility as
needed to help and monitor progress.

The Consultant will facilitate and
coordinate training and support services provided by
SCC Assisted Living Institute.

The average turn around time under QTAP is anticipated
to be three
months. At the end of this period your Facility will receive a
certificate of completion with a seal of approval from
SCC
Assisted Living University.
What is included in this
package?

On going consultation by our experienced
licensed senior care professionals. The SCC team is available
24/7 to answer your questions.

Brochures, business cards, necessary
marketing and promotional items to market your care home in
a professional manner. The initial complimentary package
includes: 250 business cards with logo of the Facility, 50
promotional post cards and 100 mailing labels, 25 brochures and magnets
to start active marketing.

A full web page ad in the SCC web site
($450.00 value) for additional exposure and traffic.

Two hours of training for your care givers
by SCC experienced trainers, CNA and Home Health Aid.
-
One hour of orientation/training by SCC affiliates
Occupational Therapist and RN, specializing in Geriatric
Care.

One hour of consultation and review of
your menu by SCC affiliate Dietician.

Two hours of training by SCC affiliate certified
Activity Director.
-
One hour of training by SCC experienced
Assisted Living Director.

Thirty minutes of phone consultation with
SCC Safety Specialist.

A list of the local referral sources,
network meetings and
marketing events to promote your facility on an on going
basis.

Continued support, consultation and
semiannual
training by SCC AL University and on going referrals by SCC
Eldercare Placement Specialists.
