Senior Care Connection is Expanding!

At Senior Care Connection, we integrate Geriatric Care Management with the Referral and Placement Services.  This approach gives SCC an edge in the senior care market which is expanding rapidly.  As 11,000 adults turn 50 every day and baby boomers near retirement, there is an increasing need for an expert, professional and friendly service to advocate, inform and assist seniors and their families in their search for care and housing.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team of Senior Care Consultants, as independent contractors, throughout the state of California.

 

Qualifications:

 

-          A four year college degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Social Work, Psychology, Health Care (Nursing, OT, PT) and other related fields.

-          A minimum of two years experience in Health Care, Care Management, Senior Care and Housing industry, or other Human Services. RCFE Certificate highly desirable!

 

If you genuinely care for seniors, have excellent people skills, like to have a flexible schedule which allows you to work from your home office and set your own pace, we like to hear from you.
