Our Mission:Senior Care Connection is dedicated to providing seniors and their families with information, advocacy and complete assistance in finding the best care and housing resources.

Senior Care Connection is not a Registry. If you or your loved one need more than a list of care communities, we are ready to help! At Senior Care Connection we follow a geriatric care management model which emphasizes a personal, in depth and holistic approach to placement process. This approach includes a complete need assessment, a great deal of communications, assistance with the required paperwork, tour of the facilities, and step-by-step support throughout the process. We strive to reduce miscommunications, time, stress and cost associated to placement.

Senior Care Connection's commitment is to assist clients in finding the best matched services, with respect for their dignity and sensitivity to their financial, physical and emotional needs.

Currently hundreds of large and small care facilities are part of Senior Care Connection’s referral network. These communities regardless of their size, location, levels of care, or pricing all strive for excellence and they all place residents at top of their list. They have also proved to be sensitive to the client’s financial needs by being flexible with their rates and they share Senior Care Connection’s philosophy by paying attention to each client’s unique emotional and physical needs.

At Senior Care Connection, we believe that while large retirement or assisted living communities can be desirable for many seniors, small care homes can also provide an excellent home like, safe and personal environment. We will explore all the options available to you.

Our commitment to the care facilities is to refer to them the most appropriate clients for their facility, assist with all aspects of placement and continue our support after placement. The Senior Care Connection team is also available to care providers for consultations in operations, regulations, marketing and other areas of senior care and housing, at no cost.

We conduct workshops and could be available to speak with local and community organizations, church, civic, or other groups regarding the care and housing resources available to seniors.
