Senior Care Advocates. This assessment will help the facility of choice to provide your loved one with a customized service that he/she deserves, facilitating a more successful placement.

• Thorough: Follow up visits and calls for thirty days  to facilitate the transition. We can continue to act as a liaison after the initial thirty days, to families at a distance, monitoring care and coordinating additional services, making sure things are going well. This service will be provided by one of our  geriatric care mangers for a reasonable fee (sliding scale). 
• Value: Our placement services are free to you; in fact, with our knowledge of the industry, we can  help you negotiate the best options available within your budget.
