The Administrator is a Gerontology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner, who believes that evidence-based plan of care will make a difference. Santa Teresa Care Home offers a pleasant and clean atmosphere, private or shared bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas, elderly-friendly furnishing and accessories, large landscaped yard, outdoor retreat in a paved patio; safety fire alarm, smoke detector and extinguisher, cable TV programming and unlimited domestic phone calls, centralized heating and air conditioning, ramps in front and back of the home.

Santa Teresa Care Home is proud of it’s services: bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene; three nutritious and sumptuous meals daily, healthy snacks any time (special diet is accommodated), complete housekeeping and laundry service; planned social and recreational activities, medication management and monitoring; observation for changes in physical , mental and emotional condition; assistance in meeting medical and dental needs; and transportation arrangement.
