At Fallbrook Terrace we provide assisted living care and supervision to our ambulatory and non ambulatory residents 24/7 provided by our  trained and experienced care givers. Our services include: three nutritional and  balanced meals & snacks, medication mangement, stimulating activities, regular housekeeping services and medical/dental  transportation. Our dedicated staff constantly strive to meet our residents' physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural needs. At Fallbrook terrace well being of our residents is our highest goal.
