In
2001, Mina's passion for serving
seniors, her understanding of their needs and challenges
along with the joy she experienced in working with the
elderly, gave birth to Senior Care Connection.
Mina‘s experience has spanned over 25 years in
healthcare and human services. She has served seniors
with geriatric care management, residential treatment,
rehabilitation and supported housing programs. Mina also
provided top quality care as an Administrator in a
variety of settings ranging from independent and
assisted living to Alzheimer’s care communities.
Mina's vision for Senior Care Connection is to assist
seniors in need of care and housing in finding “best
fit” services. The Senior Care Connection Network
strives to provide customized solutions by connecting
seniors to high quality, cost effective services and
products. Mina is a certified geriatric care
manager and a member of the
Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
SCC networks with hundreds of service providers
throughout the State of California. The SCC Network also
benefits from the association of a highly professional
and experienced team of independent local senior care
consultants in California.
Through this association, SCC provides information,
referrals and placement assistance in the
Bay Area, Sonoma County, East Bay, Southern California,
Sacramento and beyond.
Our local team in the

also provides professional geriatric care
management, in home support services and advocacy.
