Paving the Road to Excellence!

Meet Your Mentors

Mina Nickon, MPS, PGCM
President

From Mina's Desk:

Eighteen years ago, when I started my role as an Administrator of a 72 unit facility in Santa Clara County, I remember dealing with many challenges on a daily basis. Many goals to meet and many hats to wear all in a short time! Every day I learned something new. I also remember the stress level and
the overwhelming nature of the role, especially when you are new.
One year later, I received my company's nationwide awards for the best operation and the highest occupancy. If I did it, you can do it too! However, if I could have had the right mentoring, training, tools and support system, it would have been much less overwhelming!
With this in mind and our commitment to both Seniors and Care Providers, we are launching QTAP and our Assisted Living University to bring our experience, passion and constant support to individual RCFE members in our network. We believe small care homes are excellent care/housing alternatives for seniors.
We also believe that together we can raise the standard of service our network members provide by helping them capitalize on their strengths and improve in areas they may find  a bit challenging.
